Subject	How many times do you drive hard per/week or day??

Message	The reason I am asking is that everytime I drove my Z hard I felt quilty about doing it. I know one would argue that the Z is made for performance and some hard driven are expected. But just for my peace of mind, how many time you guys drive the Zs hard or to limit?
